Getting Started

How do i join? is it free?

You must fillout buyer application to place bids. We will review your application and let you know about application status. Typically it takes 24-48 hours. There is not cost to join.

What do i need to join?

This is B2B auction market place, you will need to submit your reseller certficate as Sales Tax is not required for buyers with intension to resell but a seller may require your resell certificate to tax authority.

If you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire or Oregon, your states do not require sales tax on ANY transaction.

Can i apply if my business is located outside USA?

Currently we do not allow bidding for buyers located outside USA.

We are working on it and should be available shortly.

How To Bid

Is there a minimum bid amount?

Yes minimum bidding amount is set buy seller or liquidatevape.

Please remember that every bid placed on our marketplaces is a binding contract. You are agreeing to buy the lot at the price you indicate should you ultimately be the high bidder.

Is there a cost to bid?

No there is no cost to bid you can bid as many times as you want.
But there is 10% buye's fees if you win an auction.

For Exampe. If your winning bid amount is $100.00 and shipping cost is $50.00 then you will be required to pay $10 as Buyer's fees, totaling your order to $100.00(Winning Bid) +$50.00(Shipping Cost) +$10(Buyer's fees) = $160.00

Buyer's fees is counted for bidding amount only, it does not apply to shipping cost.

What is Max bid?

Max bid is the highest amount you are willing to bid, Max bid does not means you have to pay max bid, if winning bid is lower than you max bid then you will be paying based on winning bid.

Advantage of placing max bid is that you do not have to constantly monitor auctions, our system will automaticall place lowest winning bid within the limit of your max bid

When Bidding will end?

Each auction has its own bid ending time which will be displayed under auction page. Each bid placed on the auction will increase the auction duration by 3 minutes.

Payments

What payment options are available?

Currently we are accepting only wire Transfer.
Paypal Payment options is available if your payment is $200.00 or less.

Shipping

How does the shipping process work??

Please check individual auction for shipping detail about that auction.

There is 1 of 3 shipping options available
Free Shipping: Seller will take care or shipping.
Fixed Cost: Shipping cost is fixed and must be included during payment and seller will arrange the shipping
Buyer Arrange: Auction winner must arrange shipping.

Can I pick up order?

Most seller does not allow pick up unless stated otherwise. Please contact us before scheduling pick up.
